Methods of Treatment

Nutritional Supplementation This is the most common form of treatment and may include specific foods, capsules and tablets. They are used to correct any number of acute and chronic conditions.
Botanical Medicines These may be in the form of a pre-packaged capsule or tablet, a tea, a glycerite, a powder to be mixed with water or a tincture which is in an alcohol base.
Intravenous (IV) Therapies These are especially useful when the digestive tract is too compromised to adequately break down and absorb the levels of nutrients required to restore a person’s best health.
Intramuscular (IM) Therapies This is a fancy way to describe “a shot.” Sometimes this can benefit the patient as part of long-term treatment or as just a pick-me-up. For example, B-12, in combination with other injectibles, can provide a boost of energy or prevent illness.
Lipolysis This is a way to permanently eliminate fat. Sounds great, right? A very small amount of fluid is injected into several locations. That fluid is called PCDC. PC stands for phosphatidyl choline and DC is for deoxycholate. Both are natural substances already found in the body. Together, they dissolve fat cells wherever the fluid is injected. Each area will require multiple treatments to reach the desired appearance. This is not meant to be used as a method of weight loss. This is a way to reduce those areas which resist diet and exercise.
Acupuncture A series of very fine needles is inserted into specific and appropriate points along meridians. These treatments usually take up to fifteen minutes to insert all of the needles and 20 to 30 minutes to “cook.” Patients often experience a deep relaxation or even catch a nap during treatment. Acupuncture is particularly effective with musculo-skeletal aches and pains.
Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy Patients may have their hormone levels measured from either blood or saliva samples. Based on those levels, the doctor has a compounding pharmacy create a natural, bio-identical hormone supplement made specifically for each patient to restore balance and a sense of wellness.
Counseling Sometimes, people just need to talk to someone without judgment or agenda. And then they need to know that whatever they say is confidential. We can figure out some answers together.
